Product Specialist - da Vinci Surgery

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery technology
• Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialties
• Partner with the Capital Sales Manager to develop new program opportunities
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and execute territory plans
• Work with hospital partners to integrate Greenfield and Brown Field da Vinci programs
• Execute training for surgeons and nursing staff on da Vinci technology
• Manage administrative tasks including sales/procedure reporting and expense submissions
• Achieve sales targets and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars

Requirements

• Current valid driver’s license
• Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, and influencing
• Demonstrated competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with up to 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling in a medical or hospital environment
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in the sciences (degree or similar)
• Previous theatre experience in Tasmania
