Product Specialist - da Vinci Surgery

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery across South Australia
• Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialties
• Execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technology
• Partner with Clinical and Capital Sales Managers to develop and execute territory and program plans
• Work with hospital partners to integrate both Greenfield and Brown Field da Vinci programs
• Manage administrative tasks including sales/procedure reporting and expense submissions
• Achieve sales targets and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars

Requirements

• 3-5 years of clinical sales experience in a surgical or Operating Theatre environment, or 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience in Urology, GYN, Colorectal, or Thoracic specialties
• Experience with Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS)
• Tertiary qualification in sciences, teaching, physiotherapy, or a similar field
• Valid Australian driver's license and valid Australian work rights
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including regular weekends and occasional overnight travel
