About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and invite them to explore the Cicero charcuterie recommendation app at the kiosk station
  • Walk members through the app interface, helping them input preferences for occasions, flavor profiles, and needs
  • Maintain an appealing, sanitary kiosk display with proper guidance and friendly fact disclosure
  • Answer member questions about the technology and purpose
  • Collect formal and informal feedback on the app experience to support ongoing improvements

Requirements

  • Previous retail, food service, or demonstration experience preferred
  • Comfortable learning and explaining app-based tools to customers
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Weekend availability required
