About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet members and invite them to explore the Cicero charcuterie recommendation app at the kiosk station
- Walk members through the app interface, helping them input preferences for occasions, flavor profiles, and needs
- Maintain an appealing, sanitary kiosk display with proper guidance and friendly fact disclosure
- Answer member questions about the technology and purpose
- Collect formal and informal feedback on the app experience to support ongoing improvements
Requirements
- Previous retail, food service, or demonstration experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and explaining app-based tools to customers
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability required
