Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a category expert for assigned products like suiting, denim, or underwear
• Provide personalized styling advice and tailored shopping experiences to customers
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and department targets
• Train and mentor new Sales Associates on product knowledge and service techniques
• Manage inventory levels and provide feedback on stock availability and customer preferences
• Maintain store merchandising standards to uphold the brand's luxury image
• Utilize sales tools and omni-channel services to optimize customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury
• Deep expertise in specific product categories (e.g., denim, suiting)
• Exceptional customer service and personalized styling skills
• Strong communication and ability to share knowledge with team members
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting sales targets
