Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated customer advocate by representing end users in product discussions and decision-making.
• Run end-to-end product journeys to identify friction, confusion, and complexity in B2C and B2B experiences.
• Support product readiness by collaborating with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Legal teams to surface downstream implications.
• Monitor core product and business metrics to track adoption, usage, and performance.
• Own quality assurance by testing new features, documenting bugs, and partnering with engineering to resolve issues.
• Drive AI adoption by building and refining AI-driven workflows to streamline testing, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a product-focused role.
• Strong product intuition and a deep obsession with user experience and quality.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Experience in product operations, product analytics, QA, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for the customer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Familiarity with analytics tools or SQL.
• Experience supporting both consumer-facing and partner-facing products.
