About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement client-facing products within the Account Onboarding and Lifecycle Management area
- Act as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, driving development, testing, and rollout in coordination with IT and business teams
- Establish partnerships with stakeholders in Operations and Technology to coordinate cross-functional business solutions
- Gather and document complex business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement and user meetings
- Lead initiatives related to the Client Transformation Pathway Project to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Analyze business service flows across front, middle, and back-office operating models to drive service innovation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within client onboarding workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product Management
- Proficiency in writing SQL code for data analysis
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and serving in a Product Owner capacity
- Deep understanding of front-to-back investment management processes and various asset classes
- Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, Jira, and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale transformation projects within financial services or investment management
- Prior involvement in client onboarding or lifecycle management initiatives
- Familiarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data warehousing principles
- Ability to analyze entity-relationship diagrams and logical data models
