About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive capital equipment sales growth within the South Australia region
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing deals
- Deliver tailored medical technology solutions that meet specific customer needs and improve patient outcomes
- Operate autonomously to meet regional sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience (e.g., ICU, ED, NICU, PICU, or Paramedic services)
- At least 2 years of professional sales experience
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A "hunter" mindset with a proven ability to seek out and secure new opportunities
