Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior and game metrics to identify improvement areas
• Support the design and iteration of game features and mechanics
• Conduct competitor and market research to generate insights
• Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests
• Collaborate with engineers, artists, and data team members
• Contribute ideas to improve gameplay and player experience
• Support product decisions with data and research

Requirements

• New grad with a bachelor's degree or in final year
• Strong interest in mobile games
• Analytical mindset with curiosity for data
• Sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Eagerness to learn and iterate in a fast-paced environment
