Product Sourcing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support global and domestic sourcing strategies for all product categories
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data on supplier costs, lead times, and capacity
• Prepare seasonal cost and margin reports, allocation breakdowns, and raw material analysis
• Develop and maintain vendor and supplier scorecards to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on global market conditions such as tariffs, freight challenges, and material costs
• Support seasonal lead time tracking and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives using advanced Excel and data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a sourcing, production, or analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of global supply chain principles and market trends
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or PLM systems
