About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Malaysia for Dell’s Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS).
  • Drive new business and expansion, including new logo acquisition and scaling UDS adoption within existing customers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, POCs, commercial strategy, and closing complex deals.
  • Position UDS as the strategic data foundation for customers’ AI, analytics, and modernization initiatives.
  • Build strong executive and technical relationships with CIO, CDO, and CTO-level leaders.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience selling data platforms, storage, or data management into large enterprise or Global 2000 accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage and win complex, high-value deals, including 6–7 figure ACV opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures and how unstructured data infrastructure supports AI/ML and analytics.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build ROI/TCO cases for technical and C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and collaborative approach to working with presales, product, and partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in a relationship-based selling role.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as VMware, Cisco, AWS, Azure, or specialized data management credentials.
