About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to propose solutions and prepare technical documentation
  • Provide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital media or similar industry
  • Proven experience in ad sales engineering, product solutions, or technical client services
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and performance technology
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical solutions into actionable guidance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal support and go-to-market teams
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with self-serve, CTV, or political advertising
  • Expertise in political advertising
