About the role
Responsibilities
- Equip Sales with training and resources to communicate platform value
- Act as a technical advisor for customers and internal teams on integration and functionalities
- Lead tailored platform demos for Roku Ads Manager
- Partner with sales to propose solutions and prepare technical documentation
- Provide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting
- Synthesize customer feedback for product roadmap planning
- Develop competitive positioning within the CTV landscape
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital media or similar industry
- Proven experience in ad sales engineering, product solutions, or technical client services
- Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and performance technology
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical solutions into actionable guidance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal support and go-to-market teams
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with self-serve, CTV, or political advertising
- Expertise in political advertising
