Product Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Datadog Product Analytics, Feature Flags, Experimentation, and Session Replay.
• Partner with field teams to provide guidance on architecture, SDK instrumentation, and data collection for Enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management by delivering actionable feedback from real-world customer insights.
• Create high-impact technical collateral, including reference architectures, technical guides, and documentation.
• Build proofs of concept and small-scale deployments to validate solutions and reproduce customer environments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to define technical go-to-market motions and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience solving complex technical problems and building applications.
• Strong knowledge of product analytics, feature flagging, or digital experience tooling.
• Proficiency in web/mobile languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Python.
• Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms and optimizing them for production usage.
• Understanding of CI/CD, branch strategies, and how they influence feature flag management.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to visit client sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for consultative customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Growth Engineering.
• Proven track record of deploying observability or analytics instrumentation at scale.
• Background in experimentation program design, including statistical significance frameworks and A/B testing.
• Experience with privacy-by-design, PII masking, and data governance in regulated industries.
• Experience using Datadog or other observability tools.
