Product Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Fidelity Canada’s retail mutual fund lineup through product development and competitive analysis
• Identify compelling product ideas and develop business cases, including product positioning and benchmarking
• Manage product development projects from initial idea through to market delivery
• Collaborate with internal partners and external resources to bring new solutions to market
• Provide strategic support to Marketing and Sales teams by developing promotional materials and investment marketing ideas
• Perform complex data analysis regarding sales and performance to ensure products are optimally positioned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mutual fund or investment industry
• Proven experience in investment analysis and modelling
• Completion of a University degree or equivalent work experience
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or marketing within the financial services sector
• Professional designations such as an MBA or CFA
