About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned departments
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs, process challenges, and manual workflows
  • Document current-state processes and desired future-state outcomes
  • Use OIT’s service catalog to identify available services and technology options
  • Coordinate with Technical Specialists, cybersecurity, and data governance teams to validate platform fit
  • Track requests from initial discovery through implementation and post-implementation review
  • Identify opportunities to streamline department operations and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of department meetings, needs assessments, and solution recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Knowledge of IT service delivery, service catalogs, and business analysis
  • Functional knowledge of low-code, CRM, and workflow automation platforms
  • Understanding of technology governance, data sensitivity, and security considerations
  • Strong facilitation, interviewing, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple department relationships and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business relationship management, business analysis, or IT service delivery
  • Experience with tools such as Quickbase, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365
  • Experience supporting CRM, case tracking, or workflow automation efforts
  • Experience documenting requirements, process maps, or user stories
  • Experience working within government departments or large enterprise business units
