Product Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain insurance forms, rules, and rating plans in compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs
• Perform product analysis and provide detailed business requirements for rating and policy issuance systems
• Partner with Business Units and IT to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements
• Support Commercial Lines Drafting Portal Requests through triage, analysis, and research
• Assist in developing rating methodologies, business rules, and explanatory memoranda
• Prepare and submit filings for entry into SERFF and track product objections
• Provide 2nd Level Support to resolve issues reported to the helpdesk for Commercial Lines Insurance
• Research and analyze industry and competitor data as requested
• Participate in regulatory compliance activities, including audits and Market Conduct Examinations
• Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative changes to propose necessary actions

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty products, product management, or regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Commercial or Financial Lines
• Experience documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of SERFF
