Product Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial insurance forms, rules, and rating plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform product analysis and provide detailed business requirements for rating and policy issuance systems.
• Partner with Business Units and IT to ensure accurate and timely implementation of business requirements.
• Support Commercial Lines Drafting Portal Requests through triage, analysis, and research.
• Prepare and submit filings for entry into SERFF and track product objections.
• Provide second-level support to resolve issues reported to the helpdesk for Commercial Lines staff.
• Research and analyze industry and competitor data as requested.
• Participate in regulatory compliance activities, including audits and Market Conduct Examinations.
• Monitor and communicate changes from Reference Organizations (ISO) to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge or experience in Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property, or Inland Marine (training provided).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
