Product/Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences optimized for AI agent interactions and automated commerce
• Develop key user journeys illustrating how agents assist in product discovery and facilitate secure transactions
• Conduct deep-dive research into how AI agents (LLMs, personal assistants, etc.) search, compare, and execute purchases
• Design agent-optimized product constructs to ensure information is structured for maximum machine discoverability
• Balance the needs of human end-users with the technical requirements of the AI agents representing them

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in service design methodology and complex product information architecture
• Strong user research capabilities with experience in emerging technology domains
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how AI platforms consume data
• Ability to translate abstract research findings into concrete design requirements for technical teams
