Product Seeding Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and industry tastemakers across L'Oréal's brand portfolio
• Oversee all outreach, communications, and follow-ups for targeted seeding activity
• Coordinate across L'Oréal's four divisions to align seeding programs with campaign launches
• Lead end-to-end production and dispatch, managing third-party suppliers for shipping, warehousing, and kitting
• Design and produce gifting kits in partnership with brand teams
• Track performance using Traackr and proprietary tools to provide data-driven insights
• Contribute to the rollout of a creator club initiative to build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in product seeding, influencer marketing, or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem within the beauty category
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms like Traackr, Tagger, or CreatorIQ
• Ability to manage end-to-end logistics and third-party supplier relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics and social listening tools like Brandwatch or Google Analytics
• Existing network of influencer and creator contacts in the Australian beauty industry
• Experience working across multi-brand accounts in an agency or in-house environment
• Passion for the beauty industry and emerging creator trends
