About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the MWS Product Security Engineering (PSE) organizational strategy, including staff alignment, training, and deployment
- Ensure engineering integrity and efficient execution of product security activities across all MWS programs
- Establish implementation plans that leverage Enterprise Product Security R&D investments to develop MWS capabilities
- Hire and develop top technical talent for current and anticipated programs and product lines
- Develop and execute community and academic outreach programs to build talent pipelines in the Huntsville and St. Charles regions
- Lead multi-site, multi-discipline teams and communicate technical and programmatic status to stakeholders and customers
- Partner with Boeing Defense and Enterprise PSE Functional teams to align strategy with unique campaign needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (or a clearance active within the last 24 months)
- Current IAM Level I DoD 8140.01 compliant certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CAP, or GSLC)
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership
- 5+ years of experience managing or leading classified program teams
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation
- 5+ years of experience supporting or leading proposals
Preferred Qualifications
- IAM Level II DoD 8140.01 compliant certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CASP+ CE)
- Experience implementing or working with Anti-Tamper requirements
- Proven experience in strategic planning and influencing senior leadership
- Demonstrated history of performance in systems or software engineering
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams
