Product Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of product security for embedded avionics systems throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinate with systems, software, and hardware engineering stakeholders to develop secure architectures and designs
• Perform product security risk, attack surface, and vulnerability analyses
• Implement security controls and requirements aligned with JSIG, DoD, RMF, and NISPOM standards
• Assist in establishing and integrating standards and processes for product security engineering
• Prepare and present technical reports, briefings, and security documentation to diverse audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience in identifying, scanning, and testing for software vulnerabilities
• Experience documenting and writing technical reports on security findings
• Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
• Strong technical presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security incident response protocols and information safeguarding
• Experience in the development of avionics subsystems or product cyber security for avionics
• Experience performing threat analysis and security risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle
• Experience generating product cyber security artifacts for customers or certifiers
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or Security+
