Product Quality Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Development teams to provide technical insights that improve repair readiness and long-term product quality
• Lead repair planning initiatives, including parts coordination and knowledge-sharing rollouts for global operations
• Conduct repair time studies, wear testing, and product investigations to optimize processes and support quality assessments
• Develop user-friendly SOPs, training decks, technical guides, and visual documentation for global teams
• Coordinate raw material planning and fulfillment across global repair facilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Production, Sourcing, and external vendor partners to align processes

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion, Textile Manufacturing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, quality assurance, garment manufacturing, or repair operations
• Strong understanding of garment construction, product quality standards, and repair processes
• Experience developing technical documentation and training materials
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital tools and operational systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Vendor management experience
• Multilingual capabilities
