Product Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve quality issues by identifying errors and implementing corrective actions
• Oversee quality reports (8D, Q3) and verify the effectiveness of improvements
• Provide quality support for projects during qualification and mass production stages
• Support R&D projects by analyzing electronics reliability and optimizing processes
• Verify technical changes and ensure compliance with CopyExact methodology

Requirements

• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, power electronics, or quality engineering
• Proven experience in quality within the electronics industry or a related field
• Proficiency with quality tools and methods including 8D, Q3, SPC, PFMEA, and DFMEA
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
