Product Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging processes (manual and blister) to prevent defects and customer complaints
• Manage metrology laboratory operations, including equipment calibration and maintenance
• Oversee receiving administration and ensure inspection compliance with applicable certifications
• Ensure adherence to ISO-9001 and FSC (Chain of Custody) standards
• Manage the investigation, disposition, and follow-up of non-conforming material (MRB/Receiving)
• Coordinate customer claim resolution and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Drive cost reduction programs related to scrap and DPPMs in collaboration with other departments
• Support the introduction of new products and processes by establishing failure prevention systems
• Lead periodic audits focused on continuous improvement and quality metrics

Requirements

• Professional degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Personnel Management
• Strong knowledge of ISO-9001 quality management systems
• Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D and 5 Whys
• Proficiency in English
• Valid Visa and availability to travel
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green Belt

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management software
• Basic knowledge of finance and molding processes
• Experience in new product development (NPD) or technological development projects
