Product Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure aeronautical production quality by guaranteeing the compliance of processes and deliverables
• Strengthen the effectiveness of corrective actions and prevent recurrence through robust prevention and improvement plans
• Monitor performance, secure traceability, and provide clear visibility to client management teams
• Analyze problems and link them to assembly line challenges
• Prioritize issues, challenge root cause analyses, and define the most appropriate actions

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 in quality, production, industrial engineering, or mechanics
• Approximately 2 years of experience in product quality, industrialization, or production in demanding environments (automotive, rail, defense, or aerospace)
• Proficiency in problem-solving and non-conformity treatment (8D, 9S, PPS)
• Knowledge of aeronautics or Final Assembly Lines (FAL)
• Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and strong field interpersonal skills
• Operational technical English
