Product Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of manufacturing processes from industrialization through mass production
• Ensure aeronautical production quality by guaranteeing the compliance of processes and deliverables
• Strengthen the effectiveness of corrective actions and prevent recurrence through robust prevention and improvement plans
• Monitor performance, secure traceability, and provide clear visibility to client management teams
• Analyze root causes of problems and define the most appropriate actions to address them within the assembly chain

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Quality, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in product quality, industrialization, or production in a demanding environment
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 9S, or PPS
• Knowledge of the aeronautics sector or Final Assembly Line (FAL) operations
• Technical English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills for field-based collaboration
