Product QA Developer, Sr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and automation suites for cloud-native web applications
• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and TypeScript
• Apply AI-powered testing techniques to improve test coverage, defect detection, and quality insights
• Validate frontend, backend, API, and cloud-based application workflows
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Track quality metrics, release readiness, and automation effectiveness
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in quality engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on automation testing experience
• Proficiency with Selenium and/or TypeScript for UI automation
• Experience with Python-based API testing or automation
• Strong experience testing cloud-based web applications (Azure or AWS)
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail ERP domain experience and understanding of retail business processes
• Practical application of AI in Quality Engineering beyond simple script generation
• Experience with intelligent test automation, quality analytics, or AI-assisted testing
• Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills
