Product QA Developer-Automation testing

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and document outcomes to ensure product quality and release readiness
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Contribute to the development and optimization of automation scripts and testing frameworks
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing activities
• Validate data and troubleshoot customer-reported issues using SQL database queries
• Work closely with developers to reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and verify defect fixes
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software releases

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable experience in software testing
• 2+ years of experience in test automation
• Proficiency with SQL for querying databases and validating data
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or TypeScript
• Proven experience in writing test plans, test cases, and using defect tracking tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Domain knowledge in the shipping and logistics industry
• Familiarity with carriers such as FedEx and related shipping workflows
• Knowledge of Python, CI/CD pipelines, or AI-assisted testing practices
