Product & Proposition Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing and new products and services, specifically focusing on financial assistance lifecycle strategy.
• Develop customer-level strategies and solutions tailored to the needs of customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Define product propositions and service strategies, setting priorities for execution and delivery.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks associated with new product launches.
• Monitor market trends and analyze feedback from user testing and beta programs to refine products.
• Manage comprehensive launch plans, including rollout timelines, marketing strategies, and training initiatives.
• Track key performance metrics such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive technology transformation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collections, recoveries, or financial assistance.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery, including working within Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build robust business cases and validate post-delivery benefits.
• Experience working within highly regulated and compliant environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence up to Director level.
• Ability to analyze customer journeys and provide strategic improvements based on market perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple product types, including secured and unsecured revolving or non-revolving products.
• Proficiency in using SQL, SAS, Jira, or Confluence.
• Agile accreditation.
• Understanding of impairment, risk-weighted assets, and operational expenditure metrics.
