Product Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, product marketing, design, and community support to deliver software product programs on schedule
• Understand dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver high-quality offerings at scale
• Anticipate upcoming risks and issues and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies
• Develop bespoke program plans that tie strategy and execution together
• Drive issues to resolution beyond simple status reporting
• Tailor communication styles to operate effectively at various organizational altitudes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or business operations
• Experience managing sophisticated software product programs from end to end
• Strong product or technology background, preferably in software engineering or product management
• Proven track record of shipping software products at a global scale
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Expertise in program management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheets
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
