Product Pipeline Operations Manager (Dispatch Service)

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the Product Pipeline Dispatch Service (TSZDSZ) to ensure safe and uninterrupted petroleum product transportation.
• Supervise transportation processes and operating conditions in collaboration with sites, production areas, and supply organizations.
• Participate in technical, technological, and digitalization projects, representing the specialized field and supporting successful implementation.
• Analyze operational and transportation data, prepare reports, and develop improvement proposals to increase efficiency and support decision-making.
• Initiate and coordinate necessary measures during operational disruptions and support the safe execution of maintenance and investment activities.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in an operational or technological environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other corporate IT systems.
• Conversational English skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an integrated approach to complex tasks.
• Category B driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the oil and gas industry or pipeline operations.
• Knowledge of SAP or other integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
