About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and implement partner strategies to maximize integration experience and commercial viability
- Source, evaluate, and secure product partnerships aligned with product priorities
- Lead negotiations across product terms, commercial terms, integration scope, and GTM commitments
- Lead partner initiatives cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Own overall integration experience and quality, measured by adoption and usage
- Provide structured partner feedback and market insights to influence product decisions
Requirements
- 9+ years of business development or partner management experience
- Experience at an innovative commerce or payments company
- Proven track record of managing product partnerships and programs
- Ability to build C-suite relationships and navigate complex external organizations
- Expert negotiation skills regarding commercial contracts
- Strong interest in product development and working with engineering teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- BS/BA degree required; MBA or Masters degree preferred
