About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow daily production schedules, shop orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Set up and operate packaging and labeling equipment
  • Assemble product kits and packages based on specific customer and internal requirements
  • Process outgoing shipments, including hazardous materials, using ERP software
  • Document production data and activities using electronic manufacturing systems
  • Perform product unitizing activities such as batch breakdown, pipetting, and flame sealing
  • Manage inventory tasks including cycle counting, stocking shelves, and organizing walk-in freezers
  • Safely lift and move boxes (up to 50 pounds) and palletize freight for shipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or lab support role
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and SOPs
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn ERP systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in various environments, including walk-in freezers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification
