Product Owner/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Frame business and user needs through design and discovery workshops
• Translate business challenges into a clear and prioritized product backlog
• Manage the roadmap and prioritization to align product vision with business constraints
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage sprint refinement
• Collaborate with Tech and UX/UI teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Facilitate agile rituals and monitor progress
• Support solution deployment and change management
• Contribute to business development and the Suricats collective

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management
• Experience in product transformation within existing IT systems or non-product-centric organizations
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• Strong product culture and ability to challenge stakeholders
• Ability to foster a product culture within client teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in consulting is a plus
