Product Owner/Delivery Lead: Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, product managers, and business owners to align product vision with business objectives.
• Own and articulate the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization based on value, risk, and customer impact.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across agile teams, managing sprint cycles, release planning, and dependency management.
• Drive continuous value realization through outcome-based delivery metrics, including velocity, predictability, and cycle time.
• Manage complex, cross-functional agile programs within the Wealth and Asset Management domain.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, agile delivery, and technology leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Agile Lead role.
• Proven experience building products for Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Capital Markets.
• Deep expertise in Broadridge Platforms, including Integrated Platform, BPS, Impact, Gloss, and ICS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex agile programs and engage with senior stakeholders.
