Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the product roadmap for business sector platforms (cloud, automation, monitoring)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmap with business objectives
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the system administration squad
• Translate operational needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with DevOps teams to evolve automation and monitoring tools
• Define and track performance indicators to evaluate product success

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Several years of experience in systems administration
• Mastery of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and stakeholder mobilization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Product Owner and Scrum Master roles
• Ability to make data-driven business decisions
• Experience working in dynamic, transforming environments
