Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals and operational priorities
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Optimize workflows and tools to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined, user-friendly experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, marketing, finance, and technology to align priorities
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear execution
• Monitor vendor releases and software updates to evaluate impact and plan adoption across the organization
• Measure user impact and use data, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Project Management
• Experience working with business systems, operational platforms, or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience in property management, real estate, or the multifamily service industry
• Experience with industry platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or AppFolio
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
