Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Optimize Spend delivery pipeline, including AI-powered features, data integrations, and API enhancements
• Translate roadmap priorities into well-defined delivery work and write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Break complex requirements into well-scoped delivery increments and support sprint planning, refinement, and reviews
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Managed Services to gather and validate requirements and translate feedback into product improvements
• Support go-to-market efforts by contributing to release notes, customer documentation, and training materials

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner within a B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services environment
• Proven experience working within Scrum or scaled agile frameworks
• Strong skills in user story writing and defining acceptance criteria
• Experience working with API-driven products, data workflows, or enterprise platforms
• Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-moving or ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market data, spend management, or financial operations workflows
• Background working with AI, ML, document intelligence, or OCR features
• Familiarity with invoice processing, contract management, or spend analytics
