Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopping Experience roadmap and backlog, focusing on discovery and conversion.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Run Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Drive experimentation by defining hypotheses, running A/B tests, and measuring impact.
• Monitor performance KPIs and funnels such as CTR, lead submission, and conversion rates.
• Partner with Operations and CX to ensure smooth execution and reduce process friction.
• Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Ensure quality delivery through QA/UAT support and post-release monitoring.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytics mindset with the ability to analyze funnels, cohorts, and experiment results.
• Proficiency with product tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Jira, and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies and day-to-day product delivery.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Familiarity with working alongside Operations teams and operational workflows.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
