Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and GTM teams to deliver API lifecycle experiences
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable SaaS and on-premises solutions
• Work with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and industry trends
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve developer productivity
• Support go-to-market activities including release planning and launch readiness
• Analyze usage data and market trends to inform product direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Software Engineering, QA, or DevOps
• Strong understanding of API development and lifecycle management
• Experience with SaaS and/or enterprise on-premises software products
• Demonstrated ability to work within Agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience defining requirements for technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini
• Familiarity with MCP architecture and AI tool ecosystems
• Knowledge of API protocols including OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures
• Experience working on developer platforms or documentation products
