Responsibilities
- Collect and prioritize business needs
- Build and manage the product backlog
- Write User Stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile rituals such as Sprint Planning, Review, and Refinement
- Collaborate closely with technical teams including developers, QA, and UX
- Monitor product KPIs and manage the roadmap
- Ensure alignment between product vision and business objectives
Requirements
- Master's degree from an engineering school or university
- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IT environments
- Ability to prioritize and arbitrate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Value and user experience oriented vision
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification (PSPO, CSPO, etc.)
