Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of the API and connector roadmap
• Collect and evaluate needs from clients, partners, and internal teams
• Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate exchanges with partners and third-party publishers
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation for connectors
• Coordinate between developers, Product Managers, sales, and support teams

Requirements

• Successful experience as a Product Owner
• Experience with products integrating APIs, connectors, or third-party services
• Technical culture including REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms like OAuth and API keys
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of the HRIS or payroll ecosystem is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Generative AI in product practices
• Notions of agentic development (agents, orchestration, MCP, RAG, prompt design)
