Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to coordinate and complete development projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project needs and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Create, prioritize, and manage the project backlog to ensure features align with business value.
• Provide direction to the IT team through backlog grooming, planning meetings, and testing requirements.
• Communicate project roadmaps, timelines, impediments, and overall performance to relevant parties.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and support users with system configuration needs.

Requirements

• BS in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Scrum Product Owner Certification.
• Proven understanding of Agile processes.
• Experience working within a multinational organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SharePoint and AzureDevOps.
• Experience with database technologies.
• Experience in the global high-tech industry.
