Product Owner, Salesforce Trade Promotion Management

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the TPM product vision and roadmap by maintaining a prioritized backlog
• Work with Sales, IT, and Finance to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Salesforce Engineering to clarify requirements and support development and testing
• Ensure TPM solutions support real-world promotion workflows including planning, approvals, and execution
• Partner with Finance to ensure TPM supports accruals, claims, deductions, and settlement processes
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support user adoption by gathering feedback and identifying usability improvements
• Ensure promotion, product, and customer data is accurate and aligned across systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with TPM processes in a CPG or consumer products environment
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce-based sales or TPM systems as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with promotion planning, approvals, trade spend, accruals, and settlement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and validate system behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Finance
• Salesforce certifications related to administration or business analysis
• Product Owner, Product Management, or Agile-related certifications
