Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Help define the long-term strategy and vision for internal products, leveraging new technologies to deliver value to internal and external customers.
• Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on technical feasibility and clear deliverables.
• Lead backlog management, sprint demos, and grooming sessions with the engineering team.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, to foster a collaborative environment.
• Partner with Product Leaders to communicate the product roadmap and identify technical risks or dependencies.
• Analyze field team feedback and performance data to inform backlog priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Drive work through Program Increments, Epics, and User Stories to meet quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an IT or software environment.
• Strong understanding of automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
