Rapsodo is a Sports Technology company with offices in the USA, Singapore, Turkey & Japan. We develop sports analytics products that are data-driven, portable and easy-to-use to empower athletes at all skill levels to analyse and improve their performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into clear requirement packages and acceptance criteria
• Maintain an organized backlog to enable realistic planning and execution
• Coordinate implementation plans across engineering teams for hardware and software integration
• Track progress, dependencies, and timelines while escalating risks early
• Facilitate smooth handovers across system layers and R&D teams
• Define validation criteria and partner with QA on release preparedness
• Document requirements, decisions, dependencies, and release notes

Requirements

• 5+ years in product ownership, technical program management, or systems coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and QA on products combining hardware and software
• Strong ability to break down product direction into actionable requirements
• Skilled in managing parallel workstreams and resolving ambiguity
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical discipline
• Interest in sports technology or data-driven performance tools
