Product Owner, Private Markets Businesses (Vice President)

Responsibilities

• Set overall roadmap and vision for assigned Private Markets businesses aligned to KPIs
• Own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories with precise acceptance criteria
• Lead discovery through user research, workflow analysis, and partnership with UX and engineering
• Prioritize the backlog using objective value frameworks and manage dependencies
• Establish agile-driven user acceptance testing and oversee day-to-day delivery and defect management
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through concise status updates and demo sessions

Requirements

• Product-oriented mindset with experience in discovery, strategy, and requirements management
• Proven track record delivering successful products or large-scale technology transformations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in data and process analysis
• Excellent communication skills to reconcile priorities across business and technology teams
• Familiarity with scaled agile methodologies and multi-team delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with private markets concepts (waterfall calculations, capital calls, private investment structures)
• High aptitude with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience managing technology products within Asset Management
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in complex environments
• Experience with portfolio management, research, or reporting functions
