Product Owner, Private Markets Businesses (Vice President)

Responsibilities

• Set overall roadmap and vision for assigned Private Markets businesses aligned to KPIs
• Own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories
• Lead discovery through user research and workflow analysis
• Prioritize the backlog using objective value frameworks
• Establish agile-driven user acceptance testing and change management
• Oversee day-to-day delivery including triage and defect management
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through status updates and demo sessions

Requirements

• Product-oriented mindset with experience in discovery and strategy
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
• Proven track record delivering successful products or technology transformations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with scaled agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with private markets concepts (waterfall calculations, capital calls, etc.)
• High aptitude with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in Asset Management product management
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in complex environments
• Experience with data analytics to inform product decisions
