Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog grooming and prioritization for assigned development squads
• Author detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for HOS and DVIR standards
• Partner with Engineering Leads for sprint planning and technical debt management
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for engineering teams
• Collaborate with North American Product Managers to align local execution with global vision
• Analyze driver feedback and support tickets to identify workflow friction points
• Create internal documentation, release notes, and training materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a regulated SaaS environment
• Ability to interpret API documentation and data structures (JSON/XML)
• Proven track record managing backlogs in Jira and leading Scrum ceremonies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong collaboration and technical discussion leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CSPO Certification
• Experience with Android development or deployments
• Experience with IoT or hardware integration
