Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into detailed feature requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA teams to refine requirements and clarify business logic
• Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives
• Write detailed epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning activities
• Work directly with developers during implementation to answer questions and support delivery
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, scope tradeoffs, and requirement gaps
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Support user acceptance testing and release readiness activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Strong technical aptitude including understanding APIs, data flows, and system configurations
• Experience working with Agile Engineering teams in a SaaS or B2B software environment
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with product analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
