About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize IT solution functionalities to enhance customer experience across e-commerce, retail, and CRM channels
- Analyze, formalize, and redesign business processes to ensure omnichannel consistency
- Lead workshops to gather user requirements and draft functional and technical specifications
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Coordinate project teams, including business stakeholders, IT, editors, and integrators
- Drive change management through documentation, deliverables, and training sessions
- Identify new commercial opportunities within client accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM, e-commerce, OMS, ERP, and middleware integration
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Engineering, Business, or University degree with an IT/Digital orientation
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with emerging technologies such as Cloud solutions, AI applied to UX, and automation
- Expertise in Design Thinking and Lean methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and risk management
